• Billing information: plan and payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Chatbot content: the website links, instructions, knowledge, and settings you add to build your chatbots.
• Conversation and lead data: messages that visitors send to your chatbots, and details they choose to share such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To create and manage your account and process payments.
• To generate chatbot responses and deliver leads to you.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
• To protect the Service against misuse, fraud, and security threats.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Information from your chatbot's visitors

When people chat with a chatbot you built, you decide what is collected and why. We process that information on your behalf in order to run your chatbot. You are responsible for telling your visitors how their information is used and for having any permission the law requires.

AI processing

To generate answers, chatbot content and conversation messages are sent to AI model providers. If you connect your own API key, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply to the data sent through your key.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, AI model, payment, email, and analytics providers.
• With integrations you choose to turn on, such as Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, or webhooks.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

If you are a visitor to a chatbot run by one of our customers, please contact that business directly; we will help them respond to your request.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where information is processed

We operate in the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will let account holders know.
